What is Promotee?
Promotee is a simple, privacy-friendly flashcard tool. It helps you practice interview questions — or any Q&A — in your own words, at your own pace.
Got a list of questions? Upload them as a CSV. No account. No tracking. No distractions.
Step 1: Gather Your Questions

Your file needs at least two columns: question and answer. You can also add a category column to group cards by topic.
Column Format Guide
Your CSV must include at least:
question— Required, max 420 charactersanswer— Required, max 2000 characterscategory— Optional, max 40 characters
Other basics:
- CSV must include a header row
- Column order doesn't matter — the app matches them by name.
- Extra columns like
idortimestamp→ ignored - Max 400 rows per file
- Supports UTF-8 & multiple languages
Step 2: Drop Your File

Go to the Upload page and select your CSV file.

Step 3: Choose Your Challenge

You can customize your session:
- Category: Filter by topic or view all cards
- Order: Random or CSV order
- Unremembered only: Show only cards you haven’t marked yet
Flip cards to reveal answers. Mark them as remembered when you’re done.
